I am writing in relation to the COVID-19, Coronavirus outbreak. We wanted to take this opportunity to keep you up to date with the measures we have put into place.
As always, our first priority is obviously the safety of our guests and staff. As such last week, we put an extensive procedure and plan into place for all staff. They are fully aware of this virus, and all working effortlessly to ensure guest safety remains a top priority.
We are increasing our already high cleaning standards, and are doing regular cleans of public areas. We are regularly sanitizing all surfaces and ensuring that all areas are thoroughly checked. We already have several alcohol hand sanitizers in public areas for guest use.
We are working with our hotel suppliers to ensure appropriate regulations are being adhered to and our team are receiving ongoing briefings and updates with any new changes or developments.
Naturally, we have seen some amendments to our bookings over the recent week, however, I want to reassure all our guests that we are still continuing to run all services as normal, and all parts of our hotel remain open.
During this difficult time, we ask that if any of our upcoming guests are considering cancelling a booking, you defer the deposit and we will credit it towards another stay.
Whilst we face these challenging times, we strongly believe that the loyalty and support from our many guests is what will see us through these testing times. I, along with the rest of the team very much look forward to welcoming you all to the hotel in the near future, and can promise to continue delivering the same warm hospitality as always.
